Certainly not as much character as other hoppier lagers, if you like your beers malty but otherwise light then this should keep you happy. This beer is exceptionally good, the pale ale is as good as an alcoholic version, refreshing and full of flavour. Pouring out from the bottle we get a bright clear golden liquid which forms some nice froth as the glass fills, though this recedes quickly to a slight foamy ring.I was absolutely not sure what to expect of this beer being alcohol free, but bought on recommendation. Both taste lovely and its great to be able to have a few drinks the night before work or weekend activities and wake up fresh as a daisy the next day. Its a good easy drink, not challenging but very acceptable and holds its own amongst the various alcohol free ales I've tried. I acknowledge that taste is an individual thing, but this is a long way away from a pale ale flavour. These are joined by peppery, earthy, hop aromas backed by a little dried sage and a squeeze of lemon and drop of passionfruit.

Using water directly from the Lammermuir Hills in Scotland and Malted Barley from nearby their brewery in North Berwick, the Days Lager is clean, crisp and sessionable. Using only plant based, 100% natural ingredients the Days Lager is super low in calorie and contains floral and citrus notes.

I received this as a free sample, which is lucky as I would feel ripped off if I had paid money for it. These are often used in American-style ales, and offer mainly bitter citrus flavours and aromas with a bit of spice.
